A 45 Minute High Energy Cardio 'Ride' Choreographed to Music. The instructor will take you through various energy zones that will challenge you physically burn a ton of calories, strengthen your heart and create defined, lean muscles in your legs and core. Don't worry if your new to spin, don't be intimidated you can ride at your own pace and watch yourself progress over time.
